In my Database marketing course during my Winter 2022 semester at George Brown College. I learned about the RFM concept which looks at existing customers’ past behaviour and transactions to predict the future. I was tasked with analyzing and identifying Pet's Smart worst, middle and best customer using RFM concept. By performing this task, I believe it enhanced my critical thinking skills which will help me in my career when analyzing and interpreting data and coming up with marketing communication ideas etc.
